I was going to put this in the guestbook, but it’s too damn long so I’m putting it here with a link in the GB to the full story. I needed to do some serious writing about this guy and since I have a few minutes to spare this morning, I am going to take … Continue reading
Something a little more cheery
With everything that has been going on with J.C., I didn’t get a chance to mention some good news that happened this week. On Monday I got called into my bosses office (which can be a bit worry-some) and told that I had been awarded a special award. We have a sort of bronze, silver, … Continue reading
My head is nowhere near where it should be
After hearing the official news from J.C.’s sister yesterday, I almost lost it. I was not able to stay at work for the remainder of the day, and even that evening I was not in the best of moods. Add to that I did not sleep very well and am basically feeling quite shitty this … Continue reading
A message from J.C.'s sister
If you have reached this page through a link to jc.bobsroom.com, the guestbook was removed but all of the entries were sent to J.C.’s sister in Montreal. Below is the original post I put on my blog site which contained a message from J.C.’s sister. – Matt, May 11, 2007
March 4th, 2pm. Wake for J.C. Chiasson
After some discussion in the scribbles between me and Eric, Eric has graciously offered to host a wake in J.C.’s honour at his home on March 4th, 2007 at 2pm at his home. This wake is open to all friends and family members of J.C. We are all quite shocked by the sudden death of … Continue reading
More news on JC
I received an email this morning from Stef Caissie who apparently knew JC quite well and lived 2 blocks from his house. The word is that apparently the funeral will be held on March 13th (which I believe was his birthday) and will likely be at JC’s sisters place. I do not have any other … Continue reading
R. I. P. J.C. Chiasson
Yesterday morning I received an email from Chris indicating that he had received news that our very dear friend J.C. has passed away in Montreal. The details are sketchy. Chris indicated the news came from Rob Boudreau whom apparently Chris & Jason know. I don’t know much of the details but maybe Chris can elaborate … Continue reading
A bath is good
Nothing feels as good as kicking back in a giant tub of water. I can only think of one thing that would top it. A bath filled with Jello. It does feel good to be back among the Monctonians. Even though I am only home for a week, I am anxious to enjoy the week … Continue reading
New photos added
So I downloaded the pictures from my digital camera and this time, I have several photos from my trip. I particularly like this shot of the door sign that warns you not to bring guns into the building. Man I’m glad I live in Canada. So turns out I will not be able to go … Continue reading
I am finally home
Yes folks, I made it. I am SO glad to be home right now. I decided to go back into work since I felt the need to be around people that I know and recognize. Frig sakes, I’m starting to feel like a stranger in my own office.
