Winter. It sucks. This is the last week of February and therefore I know that warmer weather will be here before I know it. The unfortunate thing is that it won’t be here fast enough. Between the high winds, and being just damn cold, I’m more than annoyed this morning. My office is freezing as usual, and of course, I’m going to have to deal with lameass salesmen this afternoon. The joys of being employed in the IT world.
On the brighter note, I do have a new kickass laptop to play with today. All the bells and whistles. I like it when I get new toys to play with. Plus, the new case for my PC should be in any day now. I keep crossing my fingers that when I get home from work at lunch hour, it’s there waiting for me. But alas, I have been disappointed this far. Maybe today with going to lunch with the boss, I’ll come home to find my goodies waiting for me. Here’s to hoping!
Regardless folks, I need to take a road trip. I’m open to suggestions. I haven’t been to New York in quite a long time and the more I think about it, the more appealing it gets. Anyways, I’m outta here for now.
