So I worked all weekend. I wasn’t here as late as I thought I would be on Friday. This was a good thing. Even though I didn’t end up doing a hell of a lot, it was still nice not to be here forever. Saturday however was a long 10 hour work day that involved a lot of stupid, tedious work, while I watched Dramis do the rack install. Once it was in though, I got the servers and switch equipment going and that was cool. By the time Sunday came along, I didn’t feel like plugging in 72 patch cords but alas, it had to be done.
So now it’s a new week. I get an extra day off work but since the boss isn’t here, I can’t ask for it yet! How’s that for luck eh? Gonna see if I can swing getting either Wednesday or Friday off. Friday would be sweet but I don’t know if they are closing for month end then or not. Anyways, it’s off to do my duty!
