The headline says it all! Hosford & Carol got married last night. I must say that it was a beautiful ceremony, even if I didn’t understand half of it 😉
The wedding was a huge success. With all of the planning and excellent family contributions, it went off with surprisingly little problems. The weather managed to clear up and we had a beautiful sunny afternoon to enjoy the wedding on. Both Carol & Hos looked great, the reception went over really well, and I even managed to pull off doing the entire MC thing without much to go on. I hope everyone was pleased.
I however forgot to bring my digital camera so the pictures will have to wait until I get the film developed. I got a bunch of good shots (I hope) so I’ll post something good soon. Carol & James should be in Moncton about now trying to kill time before they catch a plane @ 6am tomorrow morning. Sucks to be you guys but I’ll know how it feels in a few months.
As for myself, I’m really tired. The past few days involved a lot of late nights, helping the groom out, and of course, a bit of partying. I got stopped by the cops on the way to see The Matrix Reloaded (which rocked BTW) and of course didn’t have my license on me, but the cop was nice enough to not give me a fine. I’m happy about that!
Still got 2 more days to go on this nice long weekend for myself. I plan on keeping pretty low-key, but might head out to Shediac tomorrow. I also wasn’t surprised to see work’s number on my phone when I got home. Guys, when I say I’m on vacation, I really AM on vacation. Heaven only knows what they’ll do when I’m gone for 2 weeks!
PC semi-died just before I left for Miramichi so I’ve been in the process of reinstalling applications, etc. It’s actuallyt for the good cuz my machine was starting to piss me off so it was time it got an overhaul. The new videocard should be here soon and that will add a much needed boost!
Regardless, I really need to see a man about a horse, so I’ll be in touch later folks!
