Ok, I normally don’t post twice in a day, but I’m very frustrated right now so pardon me for the little rant.
I posted quite awhile back about being able to buy Bobsroom.Com stuff. I have a link along the left for people to see what I have available. Well, I was all excited about having my own gear, until I received my first ballcap.
The damn logo is in green. Anyone who looks at the logo on that page can tell that it’s obviously BLACK!!! I ordered myself a hat, and got one with a green logo. I called them to tell them they had screwed it up, and they sent me a replacement, which was green. My friend ordered a ball cap and she got one in green as well. I called again and told them the replacement was in green. They made some special arrangements and said the next one would definitely be black. It wasn’t. I got it today and it is green, again.
SO, I’ve removed the ballcaps from the product line since they can’t get them right. I did order a golf shirt and it came in the right color so I’m going to take a giant leap and say maybe that it’s the material they print the hats with. Regardless, I’m calling them again today to bitch. BAH!
