Had a great weekend this weekend. Friday night I hung out with my friend Shawna and we proceeded to gamble some money that we didn’t really have in the first place. It actually worked out ok for me as I won $25 and then gambled it away anyway. So I didn’t lose anything really. Ya ok, if I hadn’t of gambled the $25 I’d be up that amount but I would have spent it on useless crap that weekend anyway. Saturday was pretty hot! Wow. Discovered a GIANT pile of bugs over in the industrial park. Holy cow. Total insanity in that area for sure.
Larry’s back in town. Hung out with him and Mike last night. Heard the re-recorded Tormented material he did to help the guys get ready for the show. WOW! Talk about a vast improvement in sound. It’s amazing what a computer and 15k worth of recording gear can do for a bands sound. I can’t wait for the show.
A week from this Friday and I will start my vacation. Early even. It works out good that I have to work tomorrow since it gives me an extra day off next week. It sucks that I won’t be around to hear the Tormented ones get in some good practice but it will be cool to get out of this city for awhile.
Regardless folks, I need to start my day. I’m heading down to the Coke machine for my morning drink and then I’m gonna work.
