I was talking to Hosford last night, and yup, we’re going to New York. I’m going to try and get a hold of Mike & Larry sometime today and see if they’re up to going. Not sure if Mike can go because he usually has his kid on Friday’s but he did say he wanted to go, so we’ll see. Otherwise, I’ll be on my way tonite around 8ish. It will be cool
I’m glad I’m going away for the weekend. I’ve been dying for a road trip and this is exactly what I need. With everything being as insane as it has been the last few weeks, getting away to the big apple will be a nice change and it’ll be cool to go on a trip with the boys. I’m anxiously awaiting it!
I actually went to bed early last night. In anticipation of the trip ahead, I knew I’d need some extra sleep. It’s a 12-13 hour drive to the city and since I’m leaving tonite, there won’t be a whole lot of sleep, except in shifts. I figure I’ll probably drive as far as Bangor, then let someone else do the driving for awhile. I can sleep for at least a couple of hours driving from Bangor to Portland. I hate Maine!
I may not post again today, but I may post on the road, so have a great long weekend folks!
