Ya! What a storm it was. Gosh, with all the trees and power lines down, you’d swear we are in Floria. Ok, you MUST know I’m being sarcastic at this point right? What’s with the people on the news going on about this insane hurricane we’re supposed to have? I’m going to assume that Halifax got hit a lot harder than we did since it’s where the hurricane hit landfall, supposedly. I dunno. Sounds awful fishy to me.
Weekend was pretty laid back. Watched a few movies, some TV, went for a few drives, and hung out with some friends. It was a nice relaxing weekend. I did however end up watching the tube at 4:00 in the morning while I scoffed down some McDonald’s. The whole 24hr drive thru thing is not a good idea, but oh well. It DID taste good.
I was invited to a Halloween party. Halloween this year is on a Friday so it should make for an interesting night. I’m trying to figure out what would be a good costume for me. I thought about the whole “Ace Ventura” thing as I can get the hair and voice going pretty good, but I think I’d rather have a costume that stands out a bit more. I must ponder this.
Regardless, I REALLY need to go see a man about a horse, so I’ll catch ya’ll later!
