Talk about a shitload of snow. Wow. We went out to Memramcook last night to visit Tammy & Joe and man what a mess on the roads. I made Tamara a bit nervous but that’s ok. She didn’t panic or anything too serious. The roads were way bad except for here in Riverview where it was nice as can be. Quite happy with that actually.
Finally got my T4 back which means I can now look forward to the taxman taking even more of my cash. I will be glad when the day comes when I don’t have to pay taxes. What a fricken annoyance. That’s ok. My day will come.
Tomorrow is Friday which means it’s casual day at work and I’ll begin taking apart the computer room. I need to get everything pulled out of there so me and Tamara can start on the desk. Saturday will be a busy day getting everything put together and the room back in working order. I can’t wait to see how the new layout will look. I am not however looking forward to having to rewire everything but that’s just a minor annoyance more than anything. I’ll have to find the staple gun somewhere.
Might be going to a party on Saturday night, assuming me and Tamara are not dead to the world after working on the computer room. Got an email from a former co-worker who invited us to her place for a party she’s having so since we don’t go to too many parties, it seems like a good idea, if we’ve got any energy left at the end of the day.
I wish I had more news but not much to report. Work has been busy as hell. The whole thing about teaching full days is pretty hard to get used to. I’m still trying to find time to study for a new cert but it’s hard when there’s so much other stuff going on around you. One way or another it’ll happen. Just might take longer than expected.
Regardless folks, I’m going to go do some of that silly work stuff I need to get done before I plug myself into the tube and become a useless bump on a log for the night.
