July 25th, 2008, the new X-Files movie comes out. I found this cam’d trailer online. Apparently the official one has not been released yet but this trailer was run at Worldcon with Gillian Anderson & David Duchovny in attendance.
The video in the link is someone at the conference with a video camera taping the trailer. They also added this really lame intro and other text which you can just ignore. Hard to make out anything from the trailer except that there’s stuff going on ice, Scully has long hair and is still hot, and Mulder looks expressionless as usual.
If you’re a fan of TXF, then you’ll also be interested to know that the movie is a stand-alone movie only and does not link into the infamous “mythology” that really got out of control near the end of the show.
