This weekend saw me, Tamara, and Dylan head out to Bouctouche for a little camping. We have been talking about going camping for awhile and Tamara finally decided on a date and time so we packed up our stuff and headed out to Bouctouche Baie & Chalet. Nice little campground.
The weather was awesome and the campground is quite big. It is however a little bit of a walk to the dunes so we skipped that while we were down there. We plan to take a day trip down there again and hopefully see the dunes. We’re also planning on doing at least one more camping trip this summer so hopefully we get to see some more stuff.
It is however a very tiring morning. After getting home from the campout yesterday, we were all pretty beat and with the weather as hot as it is, it can be abit much. Plus, after having decided to go snag a couple of geocaches while Tamara & D slept, I ended up with a nasty case of red legs from being prickled to death by various bushes and trees. I really should have just stayed home and slept.
It’s a slow day this morning and I feel like the day is going to drag ON AND ON! It’s one of those mornings. Plus, I’m hungry and could use a little food so I think I may need to make a detour over to the store and snag some breakfast because I am hungry and need to fill that void. Or, I could just try drinking water and hoping that fills it. Who knows.
But for now, I have another topic I want to mention but I am going to do it in a separate post since it is something I want to write a little bit about. With that said, I’ll finish this one and start my rantish post.
